This post is written especially for California residents and concerned visitors & guest workers and business operators from other states.

Here's a preliminary clue to what is going on with the video content aired December 12, 2008. At the time of this writing, the deficit has risen to 21.3 billion as of May 21st and accelerating without a "cure" in sight.

I lay out the theory for the readers to understand the ramifications of Proposition 13, besides corruption (legislators & executives beholden to special interests), greed (unions and overpaid state employees), and illegal immigration/legal migration with "anchor children" automatically U.S. Citizen per 14th Amendment that "leech" the health care, welfare and education system to the breaking point while paying less or no tax by circumvention, fraud and abuse.

My position is that the ramifications of the aftereffect of Prop 13 appear so dire it astonishes me that a state was once prosperous, progressive, administratively sound, transparently managed, and beautiful just four decades prior is so thoroughly mismanaged with bad laws rife with convoluted tax codes and permissible open immigration the citizen People of the state will face the consequence of governmental dissolution that may lead to social chaos unprecedented in the history of the United States.

The fiscal deficit spiraling out of control beyond capability of governance, the precipitous collapse of the state may devolve into total anarchy that will force the Federal Government's hands (barring Congress/White House's emergency aid grant to bail out the failed state in the Union in time, even though U.S. government is technically bankrupt dependent on foreign financing [China] to keep it afloat while national debt continues to rise steadily) to intervene under declared Martial Law to take control of the dissolved state of California to establish a new interim government once California constitution is rendered ineffective with either the entire system of laws abolished in anarchy or a despotic state government overtaken by plutocratic dictators with numerous factions split all over -- east, west, north, south, middle, and coastal.

The more I read about the origins of Proposition 13 that was passed to be enacted by voters in a close margin (64.8%) on June 6, 1978 -- the 1% property tax cap that on the surface might sound good (manipulative corporate entity-funded campaign advertisement urging sympathy towards low-income seniors whose houses were subject to inflation in rising value conforming to demand for land), but monstrous in regressive proportion that extends the coverage to corporate entities -- the less surprised I was at the sheer arrogance and callous attitude of right-wing extremists who pretend to be anti-government and anti-tax in their pushing the initiative that is the contradiction of James Madison's thesis on the danger of direct democracy.

The Founding Fathers chose the constitutional republic system because this method governs the system of checks and balances to control the unbridled passion between the voters and their reasonable representatives under the institution of a Constitution designed as a guide for the constituency and the elected officials to comprehend the political responsibilities vested in the informed population to delegate their preferences and destinies to the representatives.

The Founding Fathers knew direct democracy amounts to mob rule that would end up costing the People the price of freedom and contentment to return to Despotism and bondage of Slavery.

That extremist is the late Howard Jarvis, a bizarre practicing Mormon of contradictions who enjoys drinking liquor and smoking cigars. He was reported to behave cantankerously and loves to swear when he doesn't get what he wants.

Mr. Jarvis was said to be stridently opinionated with limited reasoning skill whose deliberate ignorance of the perfected art of republican government reflected his drive to collect half a million signatures by fools to draft the proposal for vote in the California populist system that allows creating the initiatives as a form of direct democracy.

Mr. Jarvis is indisputably the antithesis of Reason.

Because he is the proponent of irrational right-wing extremism that, through the erroneous passage of Prop 13, have decided the fate for California in financial health and administrative efficiency dependent on collected taxes to provide the traditional services (K-12 district, police, fire, health care, municipal government, etc) and manage the bureaucracy.

The reason for the creation and passage of Proposition 13 has to do with inflated adjusted value of houses and private properties that caused the ire of the owners, even among some who had been Californians for generations. The steeply rising property tax adjunct to the inflated property value, even if that property has already been bought and paid for in full.

I presume the inflation was due to the cause and effect of the demand for land according to the natural law of modern economics since California state became the most desirable destination for the citizen emigrants and immigrants to settle and reside to work, raise family, and enjoy recreation and life to the fullest in attaining the American Dream.

This American Dream will turn to the nightmare of unimaginable proportion -- not only for California but also the United States and even parts of the world that depend on Californian economy and trade.

Howard Jarvis was the ultimate charlatan as a business owner and esteemed member of Los Angeles Apartment Owners Association that formed the plan to create a "corporate tax haven" (commentary) through creating the Prop 13 initiative with invented reasons to play on public fear concerned about inflated property tax and other out-of-control fiscal affecting their lives, livelihoods, and happiness.

Mr. Jarvis lied bold-facedly with old-time charm to win over the discontented masses with his "revolutionary proposal" that began the so-called tax revolt under the presumption of noble intentions that conform to the frustrated and angry tax-paying citizens who are of staunch conservative mindset that trust emotion and blind faith rather than logic and reason.

Not unlike Joseph Smith, Jr., the fabulist-megalomaniac dictator behind the founding of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints that began with the self-created hoax of The Book of Mormon. Practicing Mormon adherents are born to be reared in the art of smooth-talking and treachery by deception. Howard Jarvis perfected the penultimate con to benefit the corporate interest in the wide-ranging freeze on property tax that force California to bear the blunt of the deficit in fluctuations by volatile law of economics that refuse to conform to twisted ultra-conservative logic.

The State of California will experience the excruciating pain of fiscal deficit Hell in unstoppable hemorrhaging thanks to the legacy of Jarvisism revered and idolized by the California Republican Party and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. The corrupted party has refused to even consider modifying or repealing Proposition 13 to alleviate the crisis because of inherent selfishness and arrogance typical of primitive "fundamentally conservative" attitude.

This attitude, applied even to the Democratic representatives and state senators who fear the backlash of the aggravatingly selfish constituency in moderately conservative districts of California, has rendered the State Government quintessentially ineffectual with the road paved to Hell.

The day of reckoning is about to come round in full effect if the parties refuse to compromise to repeal 2/3 super-majority requirement for state tax increase as mandated by voter-approved Prop 13 in a stalemate because the Republicans are stubborn in refusal to listen to reason and defend Prop 13 as the end-all solution to the concept of "limited government" through the tight regulation of taxation by the Electorate instead of the duly elected Representative.

California will sink into the Pacific under the crushing burden of fiscal deficit and exploding rate of immigration sucking up the service system to near-inefficiency, literally and figuratively, unless the cure is prescribed as suggested by James Madison in his paper (Federalist Paper No. 10).

The solution is to stop political quarreling, once and for all, and convene a constitutional convention to modify or repeal Proposition 13, overhaul tax code labyrinth, and detain welfare-dependent illegal aliens and reverse the automatic citizenship of "anchor babies" (to partially circumvent the 14th Amendment passed after the conclusion of Civil War and openly defy Open Immigration Act of 1965 passed under LBJ administration by 10th Amendment clause) to deport to the nations of origin with the stringent demand for the foreign governments to furnish just compensation for services misused and abused or else halt California-produced exports in frozen trade until the compensation is settled under fair conditions.

This is the ideal cure I propose to save California if such principles are followed.

The U.S. Congress must repeal Open Immigration Act and amend to modify Fourteenth Amendment to remove "automatic citizenship" clause for children born to illegal and undocumented immigrants in America and draft a bill that will retroactively revoke the citizenship for children born to illegal aliens and migrants of questionable status for mandatory deportation of both child and family that breached United States law to settle as aliens to the nations of origin.

This is the only way to substantially eliminate the large number of aliens that come to America to become partially or fully dependent on the education, health care, and welfare system that sap the energy and financial health of the states.

Such influx of aliens, once migrated, become assimilated that confound the culture with unmitigated diversity and foreign languages which render the uniquely American social, cultural, and ecological environment tarnished, unsafe, neglected and depressed with crime (theft, drug-dealing and violence), mischief (tagging), and depreciated quality of K-12 education in Academic Performance Index. Such is the case with Los Angeles County and L.A. Unified School District.

Theodore Roosevelt would be disgusted (his socio-politically astute essay "True Americanism") if he had been alive to witness the modern-day America as the melting pot of cultures in diversity manifested to deleterious and destructive effects as intended by the Jews to render the United States of America paralyzed to prevent effective cures in reform and progress by the vigilant and industrial Citizenry.

Thus begins the deliberate and progressive destruction of liberty and social harmony of the United States republic according to the nefarious plan of demoralization and disintegration by subversion and control for despotic power and ill-gained wealth by Zionist vipers, thieves and parasites.

For the top executives and officers who pocketed taxpayers' money while U.S. continue to suffer economic pains as a perpetually (and enslaved) indebted nation, the proven guilty should be dispatched with brutal efficiency. Communist People's Republic of China dispenses capital punishment to execute the convicted for embezzlement and fraud.

The death spiral of California will ignite the financial and sociological nuclear blast wave across the U.S.

There are periods of major revolution that act as self-correction. We have not seen such a major revolution since the merging of East Germany to reunite with West Germany (the fall of Berlin Wall). The dissolution of USSR happened because the rigid political economy of Soviet Communism could not sustain itself any longer with increased progress of separatism and collapse in Eastern bloc. Self-correction is a naturally occurring event brought about by incongruous factors and elements.

It is U.S.'s turn to suffer in the last throes before the precipitous fall. Corruption, profound treason and rampant greed has rendered U.S. a permanent state of paralysis in terms of deadlock on genuine reform to control financial hemorrhaging in maintaining the imperialistic empire and suppress & prosecute the perfidious elements (too many to count).

I may be a pessimist, but the death of the U.S. is a high possibility in the very near future. No empire last under tortured fiscal and sociopolitical system since Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was passed.

The Second American Revolution might happen, but U.S. government has become so totalitarian it fits the definition of tyranny. Autocratic tyranny favors the powermongers, corruptors, traitors and swindlers as it abolishes the representative republicism to emerge a new world order to chart the future for the plutocrat-oligarch fascists that consider the majority of Americans too stupid to decide for themselves and therefore needs to be under control. Freedom vanquished to introduce slavery by authoritarian terror and bondage.

The only way Zio-Elitists can do to accelerate the rise of absolute tyranny to control the masses by fear is complete abrogation of weapon and firearm rights with draconian gun control to disarm the citizenry to impose the rule by terror and destruction.

The American financial service and insurance industry favors lassez-faire capitalism coupled with corrupt laws on their side to exploit the people with banking & credit card usury and fleece the taxpayers. New York and New Jersey states, among other fiscally indebted states, are a different matter.

California fiscal collapse due to inextricable factors that root in perpetual debt with failed policy and social regression is the domino effect. Or U.S. Government takes the lead in pre-emptively attacking other nations that should precipitate the fall of the Constitutional Republic of America to induce the fastidious effect of Neo-Fascism as the new way of life for oppressed American citizen-prisoners not of noble blood and prestige.

There needs a serious fiscal reform to prevent waste and abuse, starting with constitutional convention to modify and repeal bad laws designated by idiot politicians or initiative proponents to favor the few that end up destructing the state republics. Less government produce the least of the problems.

A real statesman would take on the Fed and abolish Internal Revenue Service once the national debt and other obligations (foreign creditors and rescind foreign holdings of U.S. lands) are paid off over the years with substantial cuts to bloated programs (notably Pentagon/military-industrial complex/CIA). The Sixteenth Amendment, which was never ratified, formed the existence of IRS as the de facto mob enforcer and financial terrorist for corrupt Federal Government.

JFK was the last President to surreptitiously circumvent the Fed with his authorization of Executive Order 11110 that would dilute the Fed's power of issuance in hijacked monetary policy which violates a specific Constitutional provision in Article I Section 8. He was the last President who saw reform as the end-all solution to fix the vexing crises of banking and governmental corruption overtaken by self-interested businesspeople and warhawks that run the various corporations, Federal Reserve, the FBI, the CIA, the Pentagon, and the subdivisions and departments of the Federal Government itself.

The smoothly running political machine of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger hit its first speed bump Friday when a top adviser to his campaign for governor suggested overturning California's landmark property-tax initiative, Proposition 13.

Warren Buffett, named earlier this week as an adviser to Schwarzenegger's campaign in a move widely touted as giving the movie star credibility on economic issues, may have nullified his own value when he told the Wall Street Journal that property taxes in California are too low and suggested that Prop. 13 ought to be undone.

Officials with Schwarzenegger's campaign scurried to distance the candidate from Buffett's attack on Prop. 13 while opponents wasted no time assailing the front-running Republican for the words of his adviser.

"We're flabbergasted someone is so out of touch with California that he would suggest a tripling of the property tax," said John Feliz, spokesman for state Sen. Tom McClintock. "We think maybe he needs to fire Warren." [....]

Prop. 13 passed 25 years ago with 65 percent of the vote, and an entire generation of Californians believe that voting for the measure is the best single vote they've ever cast. The proposition rolled back property taxes and limited their annual increase to 2 percent.

"Warren's right," said Bruce Cain, director of the Institute of Governmental Studies at UC Berkeley. "It's an unequal system. But all the polling indicators I've seen show the appetite for changing the system is very low."

For Republicans, Prop. 13 is sacred text -- the benchmark by which most candidates are evaluated by key donors, top party leaders and many of the party's most loyal voters.

"I'm sure Arnold was mortified when he read (Buffett's comments)," said Frank Schubert, a longtime Republican political consultant who has run 16 statewide campaigns.[...]

'POLITICAL SUICIDE'

"It's political suicide for a California Republican to propose overturning Prop. 13," said Darry Sragow, a longtime Democratic political consultant. "A Republican is going to get his head caved in for this."

Schwarzenegger didn't propose overturning Prop. 13 himself -- in fact, his political strategists reacted as though a hand grenade had been thrown into their midst.

"Arnold Schwarzenegger has supported Prop. 13 for 25 years," said campaign spokesman Rob Stutzman, adding that the actor was the keynote speaker earlier this summer at an event honoring the silver anniversary of the passage of the property tax initiative credited with launching a national anti-tax revolution.

"Arnold is an admirer of Howard Jarvis (the late co-author of Prop. 13) and has referred to him as the original tax terminator," Stutzman said. "He will be a fierce protector of Proposition 13."

But Schwarzenegger spokesmen spent the day asserting that Buffett is only an adviser to the candidate and that he'll make his own policy decisions.

"Warren Buffett is speaking about his own philosophical position," Stutzman said. "The two of them are not going to agree on every single issue."

The inference to which we are brought is, that the causes of faction cannot be removed, and that relief is only to be sought in the means of controlling its effects.

If a faction consists of less than a majority, relief is supplied by the republican principle, which enables the majority to defeat its sinister views by regular vote. It may clog the administration, it may convulse the society; but it will be unable to execute and mask its violence under the forms of the Constitution. When a majority is included in a faction, the form of popular government, on the other hand, enables it to sacrifice to its ruling passion or interest both the public good and the rights of other citizens. To secure the public good and private rights against the danger of such a faction, and at the same time to preserve the spirit and the form of popular government, is then the great object to which our inquiries are directed. Let me add that it is the great desideratum by which this form of government can be rescued from the opprobrium under which it has so long labored, and be recommended to the esteem and adoption of mankind....

Iran, Russia and China (the latter two co-founding members of Shanghai Cooperation Organization that will intervene to defend crucial resources and eliminate Western threats as the counter to NATO and U.S. Imperialism) will formally declare total war on State of Israel, United States, United Kingdom and France (Nicolas Sarkozy) and possibly Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Australia, Japan and other developed/developing nations that choose to side with the Imperial West comprising U.S., U.K. and Israel (the modern equivalent of Axis). Syria and Iraq, the latter currently (mostly) a Shiite state with factions of Sunni and Kurdish, may join Iranian Forces to turn on American-British occupiers to engage in air, sea and ground combat resulting in retaliatory counterstrike by air to ground bombardment, ground to air missile volley and infantry, massacres, etc. Iraqi civilians will turn on American-British occupiers for imprisonment and destruction including contracting & service employees such as government diplomats, Halliburton, Blackwater, DynCorp and make-shift food/drink joints i.e. McDonald's, Burger King and Starbucks.

Oil price per barrel goes up through the roof to $200-300 range, possibly more if it severely affects to the exhaustibly approached degree the law of supply and demand after Iran defeats enough American force to forcibly shut down Strait of Hormuz. The world, so dependent on oil to run the global economy, will grind to a halt -- unprecedented in human history -- within a week. The Federal Reserve will no longer have the "power" to sustain the tanking American economy, so America, with nearly $10 trillion in "officially reported" national debt and $53+ trillion dollars in unfunded or hidden liabilities (derivatives, etc), will go totally bankrupt. In retaliation over Middle East regional strife instigated by Israel and U.S., China will liquidate its trillion-dollar USD reserve and cease financing America (2-3 billion dollars daily) to keep the governmental operation "afloat", immediately pummeling the vulnerable U.S. Dollar to get nailed in the coffin.

Wall Street goes ballistic when Dow freefalls to the bottom that could lead to the Second Great Depression, causing national panic and induce instant bankruptcies of banks and businesses. It is not known how closely tied the other markets (Japan, Hong Kong, France, Frankfurt, etc) are to the deathly weak U.S. Dollar and whether the collapse of U.S. Dollar will cause other markets to nosedive at the same time. This is not the first time the international stock market crash occurred, take 1997 Asian financial crisis for example, which was indeed controlled by Western financial vultures (International Monetary Fund, etc behind the scene) as explained in Chalmers Johnson's Blowback.

It is entirely possible the Elite -- with traitorous Jews included as the conspirators with their financial manipulation knowledge -- are deliberatingly debasing the Dollar but for what reason? Besides pure greed by insider trading for superior enrichment. Possible answer in number 8.

5. American government will spiral out of control after total economic collapse. Governmental services will be spotty or cease to exist, such as Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Transportation Security Administration, Food & Drug Administration, FCC, U.S. Small Business Administration, Law Enforcement Agencies and Departments (DEA, maybe FBI, maybe CIA, maybe BATFE, U.S. Treasury, various Departments in the U.S. Government sectors [maybe State, Interior, Education, Energy], et cetera). Chaos will prevail in local and state governments as well, with numerous services such as wildlife administration suspended. The unemployed people dependent on public assistance and welfare handouts will rise to violence in desperate survival. The poor, including cash-strapped college students dependent on rental, reasonably cheap food and public transportation, will rise up in riots over soaring costs of food, drinkable liquid and even real estate & personal effects associated with break-the-roof surging oil prices. The middle class will be destroyed to sudden impoverishment. Only the wealthy can afford, at least for a while -- provided they have the best security personnel and firearms available for maximum protection from trespassers, looters, rioters and power-tripping governmental thugs intent to attack the properties and loved ones.

Pertaining to the nature of post-economic collapse that renders Government paralyzed and near inoperable, crime will go through the roof with mass-scale riots, looting and horrific acts of home invasions, assault, kidnapping, torture, murder and rape. Ownership of guns and ammunition will be CRUCIAL to defense of self and family & friends and hunting for subsistence and raw survival.

7. Martial law will be declared nation-wide (see National Security Directive 51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive 20 and Military Commissions Act of 2006 [1]) and may include Canada and maybe Mexico if the economic outcome of U.S. Dollar become a bleak reality. Possible all three nations could become a new union as North American Union [1] as the new monetary policy takes effect to issue Amero currency in order to stabilize the economy raised from the ruins.

The new Amero-based economy may rise, and subordinance will be mandatory, with resistance and sedition subject to severe penalty up to and including long-term imprisonment without due process (Habeas Corpus since the inception of Magna Carta in the 13th century completely eviscerated) and execution with appeal no longer an option.

9. The subdued populations will be subject to involuntary slavery and will be forced to receive human RFID chipping as a mandate that supersede previously existing municipal and state laws that ban RFID chipping.

The Bill of Rights, and the U.S. Constitution as a whole, will be rendered invalid and destined for complete evisceration, including 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 22nd Amendments (22nd limits presidential terms to two). The West, as the new Axis, will contrive by irrational, ultranationalistic-induced megalomaniacal decisions to deploy nuclear weapons to subdue by terror and destroy by empowerment the defending and intervening nations that deserve the right to retaliate according to the just rules of war. Neither side will emerge a victor due to the greater destructive possibilities of nuclear warfare and its aftermath that may mean hundreds of millions of innocent people will perish in parts of the world, primarily the Middle East-Central Asia and Eastern and Western regions of the U.S.

13. The nuclear warfare will expand around the world if Pakistan dares to attack India or vice versa, China invades "defenseless" U.S./EU-backed Japan over trade/diplomatic disputes or revenge for humiliation 70 decades prior (WWII-era Japanese atrocities, like 1938 Rape of Nanking), etc. If the U.S. or Israel dare to attack Medina and Mecca by invasion or using conventional bombardment or nuking, a billion Moslems will rise up to form the greatest collective force in humankind history. 14. World War III commences from the beginning and will be the most destructive episode of current human civilization. Famine-caused human-on-human violence in wide-scale riots will incur across the world on fire. Water and food seeds will be considered more precious than metals. Desirable craft skills such as carpentry, ceramics and agriculture will be highly sought after for learning and to rebuild the ravaged areas once peace is restored.

Human survival will be questionable due to global famine -- food reserves thoroughly depleted due to billion tons of additional greenhouse gases (soot, ash, methane, sulfur, carbon dioxide and numerous pollutants) and severe radiation that damage and kill life-sustaining food plants close to extinction in the duration of the global chaos, resulting in global dimming [1] and continuous cycles of extremely volatile weathers caused by climate warming (El Niño for example).

Mayan civilization -- extinct before the arrival of Columbus that ushered in the greatest genocide this world has ever seen -- predicted the "Apocalypse" -- End of the World -- in late 2012, possibly into 2013 and furthermore. Why the Mayans? Because they had a very intimate knowledge of the heavens as astronomers who take studying the night sky too seriously and developed a complex calculation system to measure and determine the times when they happened upon the final count. This time, to the Mayan astronomers, it's really "The End". What cause we may never know (except that pole shift could happen anytime after sub-10,000 year interval). However, I am continually fascinated by the conjectural subject of Nibiru, also known as Planet X. On the subject of nuclear armament, we were this close in the cases of close call, especially 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. The sanity of President John F. Kennedy prevented the terrible outcome by repudiating Pentagon and Cabinet warhawks' demand to attack Post-Revolution Cuba and chose to "feel the enemy's feet" to deal with the belligerent U.S.S.R. (and in doing this diplomatically, restrain the somewhat irrational Fidel Castro and Che Guevaro from hitting the red button, as Robert McNamara's story will attest in the splendid Oscar-winning documentary The Fog of War) averted the catastrophe.

JFK, despite his human flaws, died a true patriot whose life was cut short by the cooperation of CIA and Mossad in eliminating the target, partly to avenge the failure of Bay of Pigs invasion to overthrow Fidel's Communist-Leninist government (JFK refused to order U.S. Armed Forces assistance for coverage) as well as President Kennedy's implied threat to splinter CIA into "thousand pieces and scatter to the winds" reacting to CIA's incorrigible attitude and partly to shut him up over Israel's secret nuclear proliferation in Dimona. Unbelievable as it may seem, but I believe this to be the fact.

The extremities of Zionism and Western Imperialism will be the culprit of the destruction of this great human civilization that have seen at least five thousand years of amassed knowledge on innumerable subjects beginning with agriculture, science and politics, conventional wars, periods of peaceful harmony and life -- some good & happiness and some monstrously evil & sorrowful.

Messieurs EDES & GILL,

"Ambition saw that stooping Rome could bear
A MASTER, nor had Virtue to be free."

I Believe that no people ever yet groaned under the heavy yoke of
slavery, but when they deserv'd it. This may be called a severe
censure upon by far the greatest part of the nations in the world who
are involv'd in the misery of servitude: But however they may be
thought by some to deserve commiseration, the censure is just.
Zuinglius, one of the first reformers, in his friendly admonition to
the republic of the Switzers, discourses much of his countrymens
throwing off the yoke: He says, that they who lie under oppression
deserve what they suffer, and a great more; and he bids them perish
with their oppressors. The truth is, All might be free if they valued
freedom, and defended it as they ought. Is it possible that millions
could be enslaved by a few, which is a notorious fact, if all
possessed the independent spirit of Brutus, who to his immortal
honor, expelled the proud Tyrant of Rome, and his "royal and
rebellious race?" If therefore a people will not be free; if they
have not virtue enough to maintain their liberty against a
presumptuous invader, they deserve no pity, and are to be treated
with contempt and ignominy. Had not Caesar seen that Rome was ready
to stoop, he would not have dared to make himself the master of that
once brave people. He was indeed, as a great writer observes, a
smooth and subtle tyrant, who led them gently into slavery; "and on
his brow, 'ore daring vice deluding virtue smil'd". By pretending to
be the peoples greatest friend, he gain'd the ascendency over them:
By beguiling arts, hypocrisy and flattery, which are even more fatal
than the sword, he obtain'd that supreme power which his ambitious
soul had long thirsted for: The people were finally prevail'd upon to
consent to their own ruin: By the force of perswasion, or rather by
cajoling arts and tricks always made use of by men who have ambitious
views, they enacted their Lex Regia: whereby Quod placuit principi
legis habuit vigorem; that is, the Will and pleasure of the Prince
had the force of law. His minions had taken infinite pains to paint
to their imaginations the god-like virtues of Caesar: They first
persuaded them to believe that he was a deity, and then to sacrifice
to him those Rights and Liberties which their ancestors had so long
maintained, with unexampled bravery, and with blood & treasure. By
this act they fixed a precedent fatal to all posterity: The Roman
people afterwards, influenced no doubt by this pernicious example,
renew'd it to his successors, not at the end of every ten years, but
for life. They transfer'd all their right and power to Charles the
Great: In eum transtulit omne suum jus et poteslatem. Thus, they
voluntarily and ignominiously surrendered their own liberty, and
exchanged a free constitution for a TYRANNY!

It is not my design at present to form the comparison between the
state of this country now, and that of the Roman Empire in those
dregs of time; or between the disposition of Caesar, and that of ---;
The comparison, I confess, would not in all parts hold good: The
Tyrant of Rome, to do him justice, had learning, courage, and great
abilities. It behoves us however to awake and advert to the danger we
are in. The Tragedy of American Freedom, it is to be feared is nearly
compleated: A Tyranny seems to be at the very door. It is to little
purpose then to go about cooly to rehearse the gradual steps that
have been taken, the means that have been used, and the instruments
employed, to encompass the ruin of the public liberty: We know them
and we detest them. But what will this avail, if we have not courage
and resolution to prevent the completion of their system?

Our enemies would fain have us lie down on the bed of sloth and
security, and persuade ourselves that there is no danger They are
daily administering the opiate with multiplied arts and delusions,
and I am sorry to observe, that the gilded pill is so alluring to
some who call themselves the friends of Liberty. But is there no
danger when the very foundations of our civil constitution tremble? -
When an attempt was first made to disturb the corner-stone of the
fabrick, we were universally and justly alarmed: And can we be cool
spectators, when we see it already removed from its place? With what
resentment and indignation did we first receive the intelligence of a
design to make us tributary, not to natural enemies, but infinitely
more humiliating, to fellow subjects? And yet with unparallelled
insolence we are told to be quiet, when we see that very money which
is torn from us by lawless force, made use of still further to
oppress us - to feed and pamper a set of infamous wretches, who swarm
like the locusts of Egypt; and some of them expect to revel in wealth
and riot on the spoils of our country. - Is it a time for us to sleep
when our free government is essentially changed, and a new one is
forming upon a quite different system? A government without the least
dependance upon the people: A government under the absolute controul
of a minister of state; upon whose sovereign dictates is to depend
not only the time when, and the place where, the legislative assembly
shall sit, but whether it shall sit at all: And if it is allowed to
meet, it shall be liable immediately to be thrown out of existence,
if in any one point it fails in obedience to his arbitrary mandates.
Have we not already seen specimens of what we are to expect under
such a government, in the instructions which Mr. HUTCHINSON has
received, and which he has publickly avow'd, and declared he is bound
to obey? - By one, he is to refuse his assent to a tax-bill, unless
the Commissioners of the Customs and other favorites are exempted:
And if these may be freed from taxes by the order of a minister, may
not all his tools and drudges, or any others who are subservient to
his designs, expect the same indulgence? By another he is to forbid
to pass a grant of the assembly to any agent, but one to whose
election he has given his consent; which is in effect to put it out
of our power to take the necessary and legal steps for the redress of
those grievances which we suffer by the arts and machinations of
ministers, and their minions here. What difference is there between
the present state of this province, which in course will be the
deplorable state of all America, and that of Rome, under the law
before mention'd? The difference is only this, that they gave their
formal consent to the change, which we have not yet done. But let us
be upon our guard against even a negative submission; for agreeable
to the sentiments of a celebrated writer, who thoroughly understood
his subject, if we are voluntarily silent, as the conspirators would
have us to be, it will be consider'd as an approbation of the change.
"By the fundamental laws of England, the two houses of parliament in
concert with the King, exercise the legislative power: But if the two
houses should be so infatuated, as to resolve to suppress their
powers, and invest the King with the full and absolute government,
certainly the nation would not suffer it." And if a minister shall
usurp the supreme and absolute government of America, and set up his
instructions as laws in the colonies, and their Governors shall be so
weak or so wicked, as for the sake of keeping their places, to be
made the instruments in putting them in execution, who will presume
to say that the people have not a right, or that it is not their
indispensible duty to God and their Country, by all rational means in
their power to RESIST THEM.

The liberties of our Country, the freedom of our civil constitution
are worth defending at all hazards: And it is our duty to defend them
against all attacks. We have receiv'd them as a fair Inheritance from
our worthy Ancestors: They purchas'd them for us with toil and danger
and expence of treasure and blood; and transmitted them to us with
care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on
the present generation, enlightned as it is, if we should suffer them
to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle; or be cheated
out of them by the artifices of false and designing men. Of the
latter we are in most danger at present: Let us therefore be aware of
it. Let us contemplate our forefathers and posterity; and resolve to
maintain the rights bequeath'd to us from the former, for the sake of
the latter. - Instead of sitting down satisfied with the efforts we
have already made, which is the wish of our enemies, the necessity of
the times, more than ever, calls for our utmost circumspection,
deliberation, fortitude and perseverance. Let us remember, that "if

They encourage ignorance of history by repression of truth and critical thinking, obedience, fear and paranoia by disinformation and hoax through the staged events.

First, they need to subdue Spanish Empire by staging the sinking of USS Maine in the Havana Harbor to start Spanish-American War.

Second, they need to destroy RMS Lusitania by baiting the German military to attack the British luxury ocean liner ship that prompted U.S. to declare war on Germany and enter WWI.

Third, they goaded Japan -- by withholding crucial oil and materials and freezing assets needed to fuel Japanese war machine in its attempted conquest of Asia -- to attack Pearl Harbor that prompted U.S. to declare war on the Axis and enter WWII.

Fourth, they fabricated the Gulf of Tonkin incident that prompted U.S. to escalate its war operation in the Southeastern Asia region of Indochina to justify the protracted "sustained war" with Vietnam (and invade subsequent neighboring nations Laos & Cambodia).

Fifth, they lied to Saddam Hussein about the claim of American neutrality towards Saddam's dispute with Kuwait over border-crossing underground oil 'theft'. Saddam perceived American view as the green light to invade Kuwait. Saddam was a useful ally from the 60's on as the CIA asset to Iran-Iraq war until the 1990 invasion.

U.S. need a new opportunity to demonstrate its strength in military and technology superiority and they baited Saddam into the trap which even Saddam could not extricate with offer of ceasing operation which U.S. rejected (and they did again with his offer of exile on condition of $1 billion reception before 2003 U.S. invasion).

Between the end of WWII and late 1991, U.S. continued the fear-mongering Red Scare campaign on the danger of Communism through media propaganda, most prominently the since-dissolved U.S.S.R. Cuban Missile Crisis was one of the points of high tension on the razor edge of a total war between the two superpowers. After Soviet Union's ill-logical and disastrous invasion of Afghanistan, the propaganda on the side of the U.S. heightened. CIA assisted in the war on the Soviet invaders by training and arming the Afghans. After USSR collapsed, U.S. was left without the "ultimate" enemy to wage the war on, low-intensity or overt, which meant the dwindled material supports and profits of the military-industry-Congressional complex.

Imperial Empire (Spanish-German), Axis Fascism and Communism - the first two abolished and now Communism is subdued with the collapse of USSR which left Russia economically and militarily weakened. This left the U.S. as the sole superpower on Earth.

But the collapse of USSR ended the Cold War between the East and the West. The closure of Cold War may give U.S. the spoil of victory, but its appetite remain insatiable favoring "perpetual war for perpetual peace" in the name of U.S. military-economic prowess, geopolitical hegemony and profiteering through lucrative defense contracting with the Pentagon and the manufacturers & developers of advanced military technology. They need the new enemy.

They chose, through the intelligence services of CIA, MI-6 and MOSSAD, to create Al-Qaeda as the front for false flag terrorist activities. This is the solution in their indulgent desire to alleviate the psychological emptiness of peace in order to induce violence & terror that provide the cause for taxpayer funding (to the tune of several trillion dollars, including long-term post-invasion occupation of Iraq & Afghanistan) to develop the strength and readiness of the military by purchasing hardware and fuel and exercise to prepare for overwhelming attack to maximize the acquisition of victories to effect radical geopolitical alternations, for the benefit of U.S. and her allies Great Britain & Israel.

Enter the Neoconservative faction in the mid-1990's, whose influence was minimal until the fraudulent (s)election of Bush-Cheney in 2000. They helped devise the policy that lays out the plan of what U.S. can and must do to realize its full potential of the superpower status by exercising (with unrestrained vigor in the lust for glory) the military-economic domination of the civilized world.

And possibly more 'stubborn, independently sovereign' countries that U.S. wants to overthrow to establish the international economic hegemony concentrated in the controlling hands of European-American Zionist elite for absolute power and pure greed, as the 1997 Asian collapse [history] demonstrate what Western financial terrorist imperialists are capable of in their conspiracy to impoverish sovereign Asian powers and offer the solution by way of IMF and World Bank in vulture funds.

And the question is - which nation, besides the U.S., stand to benefit in magnificent gains from the fabricated "war on terror" to force change in the region partially hostile to Western imperialism after Iranian revolution and the collapse of U.S.S.R.?

Israel is the functioning Frankenstein monster, partially because of Uncle Sam's nurturing and support of her from its infancy founded on terrorism of Palestinian and British people (April 1948 Deir Yassin massacre, July 1946 Hotel King David bombing attack) to its now-emerging adulthood as the premier terrorist state that essentially usurped the significant sectors of the U.S. government through the employment of Zionist moles and pressure arms of AIPAC and other US-based Zionist organizations (ZOA, JINSA, ADL and JDL). Israel is the greatest mortal enemy of the civilized world, because its existence threatens to drag the world down with it through the deployment of nuclear weapons for strategic or suicidal attacks and other methods of terror warfare when Israel's defeat is viewed to be a certainty.

This is why Zionism must be vanquished for the good of humankind, and U.S. must rid itself of this parasitic disease. U.S. must emphasize peace and goodwill as the moral necessity to stabilize the world peace, but it must begin this tremendous responsibility by abolishing the CIA, outlawing certainly influential think tanks that promote subversion of American sovereignty such as Council on Foreign Relations and reforming the Pentagon (abolish Office of Special Plans) and establishing relations with hostile nations by lifting trade sanctions to quell bitter attitudes.

Alas, it is impossible because the ruling Elite, in cooperation with Zionists, do everything in their power to control the financial and political power of America because of the polluting influence of corporate media which encourage the ignorance and apathy of the People, which assure the concentrated power is permanent with the managed electoral process of the presidential candidates to uphold status quo and assure almost-complete subservience to Israel and to an equal degree the corrupt theo-autocracy of Saudi kingdom for its access to seemingly-infinite oil product needed to fuel not only the national economy but also the military war machines to continue the conquest of the world until the goal is complete, regardless of its demandingly ambitious feasibility in achieving the megalomaniacal fantasy of global supremacism that the previous empires thrived to attain yet fell short of the goal due to the catastrophic costs of sustaining rapid expansionism and war which ultimately led to the decline and fall of the empires.

The United States, judging its irreversible expansionist policy by conquest in unwinnable & protracted wars and economic difficulties of stabilizing the declining US Dollar value, building gigantic credit bubble owing to Federal Reserve's corrupt practice of monetized debt in lending and other crises, is destined to follow the footstep of the tragedy. The American Empire is its last throes, partly because of the corrupt Washington and New York body politics insisting on continuing the uselessly depleting wars & looting the treasure by fleecing taxpayers in increasing credit debt and partly because of its pathetic entanglement with State of Israel and Saudi kingdom as the two-headed parasite that have triumphed the Founding Fathers' ages-old wisdom never to engage in permanent alliances provenly detrimental to the socioeconomic life and national security of the Republic.
